Acceptance of Terms

Services Provided

Java Lifewealth Group LLC provides insurance brokerage services, including but not limited to Commercial Trucking Insurance, Health Insurance (ACA), and Personal Auto Insurance. All quotes and estimates provided on the Site are for informational purposes and do not constitute a binding insurance contract until a policy is formally issued by a carrier.

SMS/MMS Mobile Messaging Program

By voluntarily providing your mobile phone number to us through our website forms or other engagement channels, you agree to the following terms:

Consent: You consent to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing text (e.g., SMS and MMS) messages (e.g., quotes, policy reminders, compliance alerts) from Java Lifewealth Group LLC, including text messages that may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system, to the mobile telephone number you provided. Consent to receive automated marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Message Frequency: Message frequency will vary. We reserve the right to alter the frequency of messages sent at any time, so as to increase or decrease the total number of sent messages.

Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details.

Opt-Out: You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time. Text the keyword STOP, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE to our number to cancel. After texting "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carrier Liability: Carriers (e.g., T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
